In coaching we work on practical coping mechanisms that we can use in real time coupled with valuable feedback.

How Often do we meet?
For effective results, consistency is key!
We meet for 3-6 months at a time either weekly or biweekly according to your needs & budget

While tough conversations will always be "tough," I'm learning how to manage the pre-stress, during stress, and ongoing practice and skill of having them, rather than avoiding. How Much Does it Cost?
Coupleβs sessions are $250 for 1.5 hours
1:1 sessions are $125 for 1 hour
