Who is Couple’s Coaching for?

  • You’re in a committed relationship and you’re willing to do what it takes to make it last

  • You want to stop getting hooked on the same triggers and stop falling into the same patterns

  • You don’t wanna endlessly process things in circles. You’re ready to move forward with practical structure.

  • You want a compassionate outside perspective to help you see your blind spots and sharpen your relationship skills

  • You want the structure & guidance to help you grow together, not apart

β€œMy husband and I decided to reach out to Forest when our relationship was feeling the strain of multiple major life changes within a short span of time. We felt as though we were consistently talking around each other and miscommunicating.

Our relationship was amplifying our stress rather than acting as a respite from the rest of the world and we knew we needed an outside perspective in order to reset. We have been seeing Forest for 3 months now and the progress we have made in that time has been quite extraordinary. We committed to putting in the work and now we feel closer than ever.”

What Approach do you take?

  • I combine somatics + (3rd eye) energy work to help people transform unconscious patterns into habits that deepen trust and connection

Other frameworks I use include:

  • attachment theory

  • IFS (internal family systems / parts work)

  • EFT (emotional freedom technique)

  • inner child work

  • astrology

  • human design

β€œI am absolutely in love with the holistic approach Forest provides. He touches on all parts of the human experience: Tangible communication tools. Spirituality. Somatic work. Grief. Joy. Imperfectness. And he intuitively and seamlessly flows through all parts in such a sincere way.

I am grateful for his healing wisdom, compassionate boundaries, and collaborative guidance he brings to every coaching session.

My partner and I are different in how we process feelings and information, and yet we both feel seen and heard and inspired to use what we’ve learned to step further into our relationship together.”

How is this Different from Therapy?

What it’s not πŸ™…πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

  • No diagnosing

    • (nothing is wrong with you)

  • No crisis support

    • if you’re experiencing panic attacks, domestic violence, suicidality, etc. you’ll need to receive other support in tandem with coaching

  • No mandated reporting

  • No endless processing without forward momentum

What it is

  • Transforming relationship patterns

    • through clear next steps and accountability structure

  • Growing as individuals & as a couple

  • Integrating what we cover in session into your daily life

    • so you don’t have to use the sessions as a crutch, but can eventually outgrow them

β€œForest has given us the tools and resources to communicate clearly within an environment in which it is safe to talk about anything. Both of us have been in traditional therapy at various stages in our lives and had some level of success in that type of environment, but coaching is different. In coaching we work on practical coping mechanisms that we can use in real time coupled with valuable feedback.

I would recommend this type of coaching to any couple looking to get more in tune with one another. As long as you are willing to be honest with yourself and each other, Forest will help you forge a deeper connection with your partner, which is truly invaluable.”

How Often do we meet?

  • For effective results, consistency is key!

  • We meet for 3-6 months at a time either weekly or biweekly according to your needs & budget

    • Most couples see dramatic results in the first 2 months

    • The average couple continues on for 6 months

β€œThank you for walking with me to help me handle conflict and uncertainty in relationships more functionally! While tough conversations will always be "tough," I'm learning how to manage the pre-stress, during stress, and ongoing practice and skill of having them, rather than avoiding. It isn't pleasant, but I do believe it is necessary for strong relationships.”

How Much Does it Cost?

  • Couple’s sessions are $250 for 1.5 hours

  • 1:1 sessions are $125 for 1 hour

β€œCouples coaching with Forest has benefited my relationship in so many forms. I feel less afraid to explore conflict. And I feel more grounded because I am able to see my relationship through many lenses and perspectives. My partner and I are so much closer, more in sync, and healthier (together and individually) since working with Forest.”

How Do I Get Started?

  • Schedule a 30 minute Curiosity Call so:

    • I can get to know you

    • give you an idea of how I can offer support

    • you can ask me any questions

β€œThe communication and relationship has improved back to where I feel my partner and I are back at the same page in our relationship. This was the goal I wanted to achieve when we started coaching exercises.”
