Meet the Facilitator

Hi, I’m Forest 👋🏻

I grew up in a very insular, co-dependent family. And as a highly sensitive kid, I longed for the deeper connection that codependency promised on the surface, but didn’t deliver.

So I dedicated my adult life to cultivating relationship norms that lead to deep, satisfying connection.

I’ve done an immense amount of reprogramming via somatic work, energy work, and knowing what to practice when the unconscious codependent programming shows up.

And I’m happy to share my lived experience + professional training to help you do the same.

I’ve been a certified relationship coach since 2019, helping couples deepen their bond & grow spiritually by unhooking from unconscious patterns.

I’ve supported hundreds of clients in healing from codependency and strengthening their relationship.

As a trans man, Aquarian and 6/3 Projector, I offer a refreshingly unique perspective that both validates the chaos of living through apocalyptic times on Earth while offering levity, hope & inspiration.
